    Verification is a separate procedure that checks the identity or the basic registration data of a business profile. The badge shows only the scope of the check that was carried out and its validity period.

    Verification levels

    • Basic profile check

      A check of the basic public data of a business profile on the platform.

      Scope of the check

      • A check that contact details are available
      • A check of the basic consistency of the public profile data
      • A check of the stated service area

    • Verified identity

      A check of the identity of the person who manages the business profile.

      Scope of the check

      • A check of the identity of the responsible person
      • A check of the link between the person and the profile
      • A visible validity period of the check

    • Verified business entity

      A check of the basic registration data of a business entity.

      Scope of the check

      • A check of the basic registration data
      • A check of the name and registered office of the entity
      • A visible scope and validity period of the check

    What the badge means and what it does not

    • The verification procedure may be charged.
    • The payment covers the verification procedure and does not guarantee a positive result.
    • The badge confirms only the scope of the check that was carried out.
    • The badge is not a guarantee of quality, price, availability, expertise or of a successfully performed service.
    • The validity period of the check is visible on the profile.
    • Documentation is not submitted through a public page.

    The validity period of a check and its scope are visible on the public partner profile.

    The price, the scope of the check and the way the required documentation is delivered securely are agreed later. Do not send personal documents, bank details or any other sensitive documentation through a public form or ordinary email.
